Benjamin is a leading expert in responsible finance. A former fund manager, he has 15 years’ experience in mainstream finance and sustainability. He founded ARE in 2013 to address the gap in high quality, independent research on responsible finance in Asia. He is also a specialist consultant for the Asian Corporate Governance Association (ACGA).
Xinying has over 12 years' experience working in banking, consulting and sustainability. She focuses on issues around Green Finance, Sustainable Cities and Clean Transportation in Asia. In 2017, she was a Fellow at the Climate Strategies Accelerator run by Packard Foundation, Oak Foundation and Good Energies Fund focused on philanthropic strategies to mitigate climate change. She joined ARE in July 2018.

Jeehee provides research and analytical support on ARE's engagements. She had previously supported ARE as a Korea-based contract researcher, and joined the team full time in Singapore in July 2018. She brings with her experience in fixed income research, consulting, and trade promotion.
Timothy has 5 years’ experience in consulting, project management and transaction banking, most recently at a leading international bank. He joined ARE in April 2017 to manage operations and support research projects.
